What We Do With Skid Steers
Atlas performs complete mechanical service on skid steers at the machine's location — jobsite, equipment yard, farm, or roadside. Hydraulic repairs include hose fabrication and replacement, cylinder reseal and rebuild, pump flow testing, valve block diagnosis, and drive motor service. Engine work covers fuel system diagnosis, air intake and filtration service, cooling system repair, and Tier 4 emissions system troubleshooting including DPF regeneration faults and DEF sensor failures. Electrical service includes starter and alternator replacement, wiring harness repair, ECM and relay diagnosis, and safety interlock troubleshooting. Structural and attachment work includes welding cracked loader frames, fabricating replacement pins and bushings, reinforcing quick-attach plates, and modifying attachment mounting systems for non-standard or aftermarket configurations. Preventative maintenance programs cover scheduled fluid and filter changes, undercarriage inspection and track tensioning, hydraulic system pressure verification, and electrical system inspection targeting known wear points by brand and model.
