Brake System Repair

Heavy equipment brake systems range from sealed wet disc brakes in late model excavators to air-over-hydraulic setups in articulated haul trucks. Non-functional brakes may be caused by water intrusion in brake fluid, scored rotors or drums, air system overpressure, or failed adjustment hardware. / All repairs are performed on location: brake pad and shoe replacement, line and hose fabrication using SAE or metric fittings, bleeding or flushing of hydraulic lines, air valve replacement, spring and cam repairs, and hardware swaps.
