Atlas delivers mobile repair, diagnostics, adjustment, and field fabrication for all types of paving equipment directly at the jobsite or equipment yard. Hydraulic service includes system pressure testing, valve and pump replacement, motor diagnostics, and on-site hose fabrication to OEM spec for mainline, auger, screed, and vibratory drum circuits. Engine support covers diesel system diagnosis, DPF/DEF troubleshooting, injector replacement, cooling system service, and field recovery of derated or stalled engines. Electrical work targets harness and connector repairs in high-vibration zones, starter and alternator replacement, and rapid tracing of sensor and grade control faults common to modern automated paver controls. / Specialized screed service covers plate heater inspection and replacement, vibratory and tamper bar system diagnostics, extension linkage and slide adjustment, and field fix of mechanical binding or heat distribution failures. For compactors and rollers, Atlas services vibratory mechanisms, drum eccentrics, water spray and filtering systems, and repairs structural cracks from curb or impact damage. / Unique to Atlas, service supports machines from the 1980s without digital control as well as current Tier 4 Final models with complex emission and electronic subsystems, ensuring all eras of paving fleet remain productive. All repairs are performed at the machine’s location, including emergency response during active paving projects where downtime must be measured in hours, not days.
