Atlas Heavy Equipment Repair & Land Works delivers mobile repair, field diagnostics, and maintenance for construction rollers (compactors) in Dutchess County and surrounding regions. Service covers all types—smooth drum, padfoot, combination, pneumatic tire—from major brands (CAT, Bomag, Hamm, Dynapac, Volvo, Case, Sakai), including older and off-brand units with no dealer support. Hydraulic, engine, vibratory, compaction, electrical, and drivetrain issues are resolved directly at the machine’s current site.
What We Do With Rollers
Atlas performs on-site service for vibratory, pneumatic, and combination rollers covering hydraulic, engine, emission, vibratory, electrical, and frame repairs. Field diagnostics include vibratory circuit pressure testing, hydrostatic drive checks, and emissions system troubleshooting. On-site hydraulic hose fabrication, eccentric drum repair, DPF cleaning, sensor replacement, and drum frame welding are completed without transporting the machine. Preventative maintenance programs target filter and fluid changes, drum and frame inspection, vibratory system function check, and sensor calibration.
